It covers everything from the importance of having a solid premise to how to create big plot moments. It provides helpful techniques in characterization, and it has the best explanation of “scene and sequel” to create good pacing. We frequently refer to it during out edits and highly recommend that any writer wanting to improve their fiction craft should read it.
