CEO & Story Analyst
Chersti Nieveen [share-stee/neh-vene] has worked as an editor for almost fifteen years, including editing for NY Times bestselling authors. She is the owner of Writer Therapy, and her clients include bestselling indie and traditionally published authors, and even a few Hollywood actors. She graduated from BYU with an English degree and an editing minor, and spent many awesome years as the personal assistant for Dan Wells. When she’s not editing, she writes young adult fantasy.
Chersti enjoys teaching at writing conferences throughout the year, and has been a guest panelist for various writing podcasts, including Writer’s Digest. She is in the process of publishing a writing craft book based on her years of experience.
“I do this job because I love it and I bring that same enthusiasm to your edit as I help you learn how to elevate your craft.”
